Booking and Appointments

Pet Requirements
All dogs must be current on vaccinations including distemper, parvovirus, and kennel cough. Cats must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu. Proof of vaccination may be required.
Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites. If parasites are discovered during service, a treatment fee may be applied. Pets showing signs of illness may not be accepted for service.
You must inform us of any behavioural issues, health conditions, or special requirements your pet may have. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service refusal or additional charges.
Liability and Indemnification
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing health conditions or injuries
- Injuries resulting from your pet's own behaviour or interactions with other animals
- Reactions to grooming products (unless negligence is proven)
- Escape or loss due to your pet's behaviour
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless twinkle-slip, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your pet's behaviour or any inaccurate information you provide.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
