Finding Us
Our facility is located on Parramatta Road in Annandale, just a short drive from the Sydney CBD. Street parking is available, and we have a small customer car park at the rear of the building accessible via the laneway.
Public transport options include the 470 bus which stops directly outside, or Light Rail to Rozelle Bay followed by a 10-minute walk.
Before Your First Visit
If you're bringing a new pet to us for grooming or boarding, please bring along their vaccination records. We require all dogs to be up to date on their core vaccinations including distemper, parvovirus, and kennel cough. Cats should be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu.
For boarding guests, we recommend bringing a small item with your scent on it, such as a t-shirt or blanket. This helps anxious pets settle more quickly in their new environment.
